Chelsea is THE BEST!!. She made the transaction so smooth as we laughed and talked during the process. She was headed to assist another agent at another facility but made sure she took care of her customers(as she should but some may have stated they are closed) before me and myself. I started renting this unit 01/27/2024. It was great through Chelsea and no problems for the first few months. Then around July of 2024 I stopped in to retrieve some items and Lord and behold I saw mice/rat droppings. I freaked out and called the office and spoke with Holly. I let her know my findings as well as letting her know their landscaper needs to do better. They are blowing the debris under the units as it is always trashy and full of leaves. If I could give zero stars, I would. There have been 5 OSHA complaints in the last 2 years. RATS all over the property. D minus rating with the BBB for not answering 359 complaints in south carolina alone. Seriously, find another place to store your things.
