Would NOT recommend! Office staff along with managers are rude and unqualified for the job. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes instead pushing the blame onto the customer. Their parking storage lot map does not match the numbers painted on the actual parking spaces. They have people living in an RV on their Ingleside lot along with junk cars sitting around. By far the worst experience with a storage business ever!
DO NOT do business with this place! If you do you will regret it! Horrible experience over the past 8+years!
I had placed mother’s belongings after she passed in here. I put her things in storage because I hadn’t really processed her death. I thought it would safe in there. Stupid me left it in there for 11 years. Never missed a payment. From what I’m reading I am not the only one with issues with these people. I have been kicked out because someone was rude and I just gave it back. Tired of people being nasty for no reason. Guess they are tripping because they can’t handle how to really give good customer service. That’s ok though... read more
