UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMING COMPANY. I've rented with this company for years. This month they forced their tenants to pay insurance without notification. Automatically added insurance to your bill. I needed a storage unit recently. Starting yesterday I called Assurance Storage in Hendersonville. No answer all day just voicemail. Received no call back. Went up there today to rent a unit in person as they wouldn't answer the phone. Upon arrival, I see 3 people chatting up a storm outside and one of them is carrying a box.
