At my previous storage facility I had tried to move to a bigger unit and they refused to give me a price break or pro rate when i had been with them for over 10 years. I decided to try US Storage and I’m happy I did. The site is much easier to get in and out. Jay was very friendly and helpful. He struck me as a very honest and helpful man.
