I called in to inquire about service, and was met with extremely warm and welcoming energy. Sarah was tremendously helpful with answering my questions and guided me down the right path. We shared many laughs and I was surprised and delighted that her energy was so upbeat 10 minutes before close. I originally was worried about calling so close to 5pm, but I had a last minute issue that I needed to inquire about today. Excellent customer service. I was one of those customers today that came in and described what I needed, incorrectly. They built what I asked for and I immediately knew I forgot to mention a key (excuse the pun) piece of information. With no hesitation, they promptly got me what I actually needed in the first place.
Flipped us off and brake checked us. Bad look for your employee.
My business heavy front door was caught I. A wind burst recently. A rusted component at the base broke apart leaving my door unusable. The Assured Security team was prompt and completed getting my door repaired. Thank you!
Assured Security is a great local locksmith shop; they are always helpful and professional. I brought in a 4 vintage OEM GM key blanks to be cut - the staff was extremely helpful and cut the keys immediately at a very reasonable price. Thanks!
