David and his team were great to work with, and on top of it (pun intended). Roof looks great, and the price was fair.
David of Assured Roofing & Remodeling in Carrollton took $1000 deposit from us, and a year later we're still awaiting the refund. We grudgingly give 1 star out of 5, if at all due to our frustrating experience and false promises made to us. The comment he has posted in response to this post in March 2026 is an outright falsehood. He has not refunded our $1000, despite being asked multiple times. He needs to refund the money.
