David of Assured Roofing & Remodeling in Carrollton took $1000 deposit from us, and 6 months later we're still awaiting the refund. We grudgingly give 1 star out of 5, if at all due to our frustrating experience and false promises made to us.
On May 5, 2025. My husband and I contact Assured Roofing & Remodeling to replace our roof. He came to our home and received a $5000 cashiers check payment for material. He placed the Assured Roofing sign in our yard, and had a roll off dumpster delivered the next day and stated the material would be delivered the next following day. They were so fast, friendly and affordable!!!! I appreciate how well everyone communicated !! Will definitely call them in the future if I need roof repairs !
