First, if I could rate them stay away, I would! I am a home owner and would NEVER recommend renting to or from this company. They're unethical crooks! They're accountant is incompetent at best. We weren't paid for 2 months and then we finally were, we were paid the wrong amount. It took us several hours going over their accounting to identify how much we were owed, then we had to explain to THEM how they were mistaken. they suck ! we had to wait several days after our move in date because they didnt even do a final walk through from previous renters. the house smelled of dog urine, paint patches on bedrooms, oven crusted with burnt food, toilet paper on bathroom floors, thats just a few things that went wrong, we took pictures and finally they sent someone to take care of the things days after we were suppose to move in we couldnt even move in because house was so discusting and yet they wanted us to pay for the days we didnt live in the h... read more
This was the first and the last time I will rent my home thanks to Assured property. they lied about repairs done to my home and did not follow thru with things they said they would do. before I moved back into my home they said they cleaned the house. they didn't and if they did they need to fire they crew that cleaned it. they lost my garage door opener. I ask them to check to make sure renter was taking care of water softner, when they finally did they told me it need some work done to it and charged me alot of money to f... read more

Don't rent from these people unless you want to enjoy wasting money. They will charge you for make-ready cleaning when you leave, despite having rented the place to you in poor condition. I got broken into and when I called to tell them about it, after I called the police, they just asked for a fax of the police report and told me I was responsible for repairing the broken window the burglar broke.
