Well, first off it looks like one of these reviews is actually done by a competing PM company. Very suspicious. I've had my two properties in Kyle with Assured since I bought them brand new 11 years ago. While there might have been a few hiccups, I've overall been very happy I use them. Money comes in right on time monthly, repair estimates are reasonable, they always get new tenants quickly.

Property Management Nightmare – This property management company is terrible. They seem to have problems getting back to you. Never calls back or replies to your email. I had a case where they re-newed our tenants lease at the same rent without getting our approval! Additionally we had informed them that we have a home warranty service on several occassions. Any time something needed replacement they were to call the home warranty service since we were covered. Well they "forgot" and we had to pay the cost to repair the ceil... read more

Bad SERVICE – I also had bad luck with the company. Their financials are not correct. They were unwilling to work with us and were very rude when we needed an answer. I would not reccomended then at all!!!!

Terrible service, high employee turnover, no response to issues. – APM was excellent (friendly and responsive) when they were showing us properties and trying to get us into a house. The minute the lease was signed, all bets were off. We paid our rent on time, usually days before it was due but after one lost payment, we started hand delivering the rent so that we could have a receipt for proof.
