Apparently this place doesn't exist, because I'm sitting literally right in front of where Google maps directed me to, according to the address provided on their website. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages. They must not care about making money then,I guess I'll have to keep looking until I find a non-flaky real estate company that actually wants to make money
I have made 4 service requests now and reach out multiple times for a leak in one of their units that's affecting my unit and I don't even rent from them. I'll be sending a certified letter soon and filing a complaint with NV real estate both for the HOA and the negligence. They are HORRIBLE
I'm goin to start by saying this... Idk what address they have listed for their company but that's not their building!! As a matter of fact, you can't walk into their building because they don't have one! You can't talk to them on the phone because they don't answer and they won't ever call you back. The worst customer service and competance I ever seen. No one EVER answers the phone and their 'support email' is littered with lazy and unprofessional people. They took money from the owner for new mailroom keys and pool keys so a new tenant can access the mailroom. Going on two weeks now, no communications and keys. Fraudulent company - STAY AWAY!!!!!
Awful awful shady embezzlement company. They never fix anything in the complex, have an ILLEGAL BOARD, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED FROM THE POOL TO THE LIGHTS TO THE LANDSCAPING. FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE NEVADA DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE AS WELL AS THE LOCAL NEWS IF I HAVE TO
