I hope this is read prior to do business with this company!! You CANNOT get a hold of them other than the email system they have which sometimes you get a response and most times not in a timely manner. You cannot speak to a real person, I tried! We put in an application a week and a half ago a few days later after I contacted them I was told on a Tuesday that they were working the things that needed to be done before move in with a possible Friday move in. I don't do much negative reviews, but I am at a point where we are out of additional options. We have called this company every day for a week now and left voicemails and help tickets each time. We simply need assistance (questions answered) that affects our owners financial wellbeing as our for sale listing is being delayed by the day.

Apparently this place doesn't exist, because I'm sitting literally right in front of where Google maps directed me to, according to the address provided on their website. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages. They must not care about making money then,I guess I'll have to keep looking until I find a non-flaky real estate company that actually wants to make money

I have made 4 service requests now and reach out multiple times for a leak in one of their units that's affecting my unit and I don't even rent from them. I'll be sending a certified letter soon and filing a complaint with NV real estate both for the HOA and the negligence. They are HORRIBLE
