Avoid at all cost! Overcharges and charges for work NOT performed. We called Assured Quality because they had serviced the system at our new home for years. Big mistake. Asked for sprinkler turn-on this spring. Guy spends twenty minutes, then leaves with little flags everywhere. I did not notice them until the next day. Called and astked about flags, was told not to worry about them and remove them. Turns out, there were leaks everywhere, and he didn't bother fixing any of them. Fast forward two days. They charge customers in Nampa & Kuna a $5 trip charge & $10 to Caldwell/Middleton/Star customers without telling them. They have gone througb office help like water flows because they can't recognize & appreciate decent, competent office staff.
UNRELIABLE!!! I set up an appointment to have a whole sprinkler system installed into my 1/2 acre yard. I scheduled the estimate appointment a full week in advance to meet THEIR schedule. I stayed home for the appointment...they never showed up. I called to remind them, and they gave me the run around, and didn't even try to reschedule. Why would a company ignore a job worth potentially $10k. I wish I could give them 0 stars UNPROFESSIONAL...and UNRELIABLE...A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Defrauded multiple people by inflating the original bill by almost double for services that never happened or were needed at an old residence. Never use a company with practices like this. I'm absolutely baffled by how they operate and will file complaints with the BBB as any other person they've done this to should!
Stayed home all afternoon because someone was supposed to come blow out my sprinklers. At 4:30 I called and was told they wouldn't make it out. A phone call would have been nice...I shouldn't have to call. I was NOT Assured with their Quality....
