I appreciated all the things that were flagged. I did find, once I moved in, that there was a serious leak in one bathroom tub faucet, and when I called a plumber he put a new cartridge in, so that the shower would run fully, too. Some lights that didn't work were just not turned on, or needed a bulb, evidently. It was a helpful inspection.
This company was fully transparent and filled with integrity in our home inspection experience. Alberto, brought up all the details, photos, and answered all questions and areas of concern. His years of experience in the industry really shined bright. We highly recommend this company to others who are looking to purchase a home and need the proper research done inside and out. The reports were easy to understand and detailed. We are grateful for the excellent service AQI provides and the peace of mind it brings!
