1 star I currently live in a property that was bought and put under new management (Assured Property Management). It is extremely difficult to get a hold of them. They don't reply to any of your maintenance requests, and they are sloppy with caring for the property. This behavior is an embarrassment. They don't even try. EDIT: SEE THE RESPONSE BELOW. This is a PERFECT example of how long they take to respond to any requests.
APM was great from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and provided clear communication throughout our lease term. When any issues came up, they provided the solution very quickly. They take good care of their tenants!
Very attentive. Addressed all my needs in a timely manner. Friendly. If I ever need a proper management company, I would return.
Nathaniel was always very positive, understanding and helpful in our 4 years at our rental house. He communicated well and took care of any issue that came up. We appreciate him!!
