Disappointed in the hoa here. The garden areas out front are in bad shape with dried up grass and dirt. We can't even use them. We aren't even allowed to sit outside on lawn furniture. What's the point then? We have to sit in our garages? That is a terrible lack of community values.

Call with questions. Got transferred to our property manager *****************************. Specifically asked to be called on my cell phone. She called back on my business phone. I asked her why and she got very rude and dismissive. She absolutely lacks professionalism. After reading our ******** page for our community, others have had the same experience with her. I will never contact her again. She is a poor representation of her company and needs to be trained better.

I think something bigger is going on, I was exited to buy a new home in a New beautiful community. Within my first three months of living in my community I began receiving notices for small violations, then it went to my street legal motorcycle was not to be seen in my drive way for more than 24 hrs. COVID comes my wife get cuts back to two days a week, My hours get cut back at work we still payed all our bills as if nothing happened. We completed a full review on Mr. ******* account. At the purchase of the property on 2/25/20, the owner paid for the working capital contribution and assessments through 6/30/20. Detailed information on the association is provided at closing, including information that assessments are payable to the association semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st.
