This company is horrible to say the very least. The owner, Chris Roberts does not care about his customers. After having the wrong insulation installed, we are now having to replace our a/c unit due to it not being compatible which in turn will cost us a lot of extra money we didn't intend on spending. The sales man Brian took full responsibility, and told us he should of noticed what kind of unit we had when he came out to quote us. It is inexperience and a lack of building science knowledge that has cost you unexpected expenses. The insulation installed was exactly what you requested.
