Nothing has been done to address my mother-in-law's pain levels despite the single nurse visit every week. They know about her pain and they say there is nothing that can be done about it. This is NOT what hospice is supposed to be about. Its supposed to be about quality of life in the time she has left. No one comes out to check on her or my elderly father-in-law, who is her full time caregiver. We dont get ANY kind of support when we call to ask for help or a nurse visit. The nurses and cnas (Assistants) are the most wonderful, compassionate, caring people I have ever met. I will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed for my husband and our entire family. I highly recommend this facility.
What a wonderful service provided to our loved one. When curative care is neither their wish, or going to increase their quality of life, a transition to hospice care is one of the greatest gifts you can provide. The Assured Hospice facility is beautiful, with an attentiveness from the nursing staff that simply cannot be found anywhere else. Our loved one was calm, pain free and surrounded by love for the last bit of their life. Thank you!
My mother has been in there now for a week. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this facility.
