End of life hospice team of Moses Lake was very supportive and professional for my mother and our family before, during and after her passing. Travel nurse Susan made sure my mom was comfortable and was very informative with me during this emotional time. She was very dedicated and on call 24/7 always with a quick response. Nurses were great.. communication with anything else office wise Awful!!! Did a molding with my mom and her grandbabies and it apparently didn’t come out right instead of trying to fix it they never reached out and now it’s too late since my mom passed very very disappointed was told it slipped through the cracks mind you this molding was done in October it’s now February. Do better!! She was important to my babies and all of us!
