Such a disappointment. After leading us on for two weeks they refused to provide services for my mother claiming that they were suddenly “at capacity” right before we were supposed to transition to them. Either they lied, or they prioritized another patient over my mother after already committing to us. This process is stressful enough without dishonest providers yanking you around.

Very helpful and kind.
They are real professional employees. The physical therapists and nurse and social worker. I'm going to miss all of them. Very caring people!!!!!
Some of the therapists were very good but I was never sure when they would show up. Very often failing to meet the schedules appointment time. They changed therapists often enough that it was hard to maintain a consistent movement toward my goals. In my opinion the field staff is OK but management leaves a lot to be desired.
