Kind and wonderful staff.
Horrible communication. Office staff have no idea or information (like a phone number or schedule) on when or who is coming to visit a patient. Doesn’t notify the correct personnel of any health changes nor the family. This isn’t healthcare, it’s potentially harmful if the family isn’t diligent and involved in their loved ones care. It’s a relief knowing my family doesn’t have to deal with this below standard patient care and unorganized business practices!
Nurse was great. Office staff was lacking in communication. Ended up speaking with office manager and explained could have cleared up with a phone call that they said they would make. No phone call was made. I called.
