The actual therapists and staff are pretty good! Friendly, knowledgeable, etc. However, the scheduling is a freaking nightmare. It's been an issue since day one, and I canceled PT services for my brother because of it. They contact you the night before to schedule for next day. Who runs a healthcare practice like that? It seriously blows my mind how terrible the scheduling and communication is. My brother has severe special needs/autism. He, among other individuals, need some sort of structure and predictability.
