Our prior company had become more and more of a pressured sales approach. Each service came with an Ominous warning and offer to purchase something. We changed to Assured. For the first time in many years, the technician performed his service and did not try to invent problems or convince us to buy anything. A refreshing relief.
We had an emergency with people coming from out of town and they were there within a half hour. It was repaired and we were ready to go before the company got there. Great service!!

Chris came to our home exactly on time, no problem finding the home or getting in the subdivision. (Believe it or not it is an issue because it's right next-door to another subdivision that people automatically go to). Chris could not have been more agreeable, pleasant, and outgoing. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him and then he got straight to work.
