got a tpo roof in jan.2016 and i thought everything was great until it started leaking jan 2024...no one would call..so i had to drive up there and was able to talk to someone. they did come a man told me (big trouble) spoke spanish...lots of holes...mr ******* had them fix it and said there was only 3 holes...june of this year it started leaking again and he started yelling at me..told me im an ungodly woman..had the guys fix it and while they were at ********** getting caulking i got up on the roof..26 patches were on the ... read more

The Contractors are targeting 55 and over communities for roof contracts getting deposit money and making customers wait 3-4 months or longer before completion and not issuing warranties after the final payment is made. No one will return phone calls, emails, voice mail, the contractors **** ******* and Mario no last name was given the office permitting manager ******** ******** It's been over a mo. since I requested my warranty I haven't heard from the company after making the request via email twice. This company is very irresponsible, they dont do anything in 1 year and 1/2 to close my carpot , and do un bedroom, they just never showed up never never, I have to change the contractor , , I dont recommend this company to anyone .They dont deserve any star

Assured Contracting just put in four impact windows and windows and a door on our Florida room. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. Their workmen were prompt in arriving and they were very polite and professional. I would gladly hire them again.

I really want say a big thank you! They made it very easy for me from beginning to finish(: We needed a new roof and after searching for a while I came to Assured Contracting. The job from contract signature to final inspection was one month; working days were 3/4...less than a week where they installed and passed all inspections. Informed along the entire process. The guys clean after them and left us with a beautiful new roof . As a property owner I highly recommend them for all your needs!

I am very dissatisfied with this contractor, they have extremely poor follow up after the sell. I rate them 0
