This agency was a significant disappointment. The aide they assigned to care for our 78-year-old female family member with advanced Alzheimer's stole approximately $1,000 from our bank account by using our debit card number to make unauthorized purchases. The police took a report and obtained her confession, but Outreach referred us to our bank for restitution rather than covering the documented loss themselves.
