Amazing experience ! I am very impressed at how wonderfully Dale took care of everything and communicated with me through the whole process with patience and wonderful insights. This is indeed a 5-star company and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Seriously forgot to put a certain seal or something back into the truck of my car. My trunk would constantly fill with rain water collect where my spare tire is and really rusted out my car! They took it in two times for repair and the repairs took forever! Pretty busy place and even getting my appointment took forever. Took ages for them to put the seal in my truck that they forgot to put in after they repaired the back end of my Chevy! Terrible! Our experience was ruined because of Jeremy. He was unprofessional, rude, and came across as arrogant every time we dealt with him. We constantly had to chase him for updates because he never kept us informed, and getting a response from him was almost impossible.
