Something unfair and mean just happened here at Assured Automotive, they scratched my husband’s car and lied it was there before, they know very well that we had no evidence and they will have no issue whatsoever, at least I learnt something the next time I take my car anywhere I would take a before picture and video, if it was scratched before they would have showed us the pictures from their end and not offer to have it polished.
