I'd like to thank Sara and the team at Assured Automotive.The customer service is top notch. Took my Hyundai Elantra N in after a delivery driver backed into my parked car while at work. I got in contact with my insurance company and the adjuster approved the repair but had to investigate further to ba able to waive my deductible. Went in a couple weeks back because someone had hit my mirror while I was at work, and I was worried I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg, but thankfully the issue wasn't as bad as it appeared and Marco helped me out and saved me a bunch of money!

Amazing staff ! Sara went above and beyond to assist me with my claim and took the time out of her day to walk me through the process of dealing with a stressful ongoing claim due to a hit and run. She was very helpful, professional and compassionate. Amazing experience would definitely recommend!
