The customer service at this shop is truly outstanding, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. They walked me through the entire repair process and every question I had was answered with patience and a smile. The team went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. Hands down the most friendly and supportive auto body shop I’ve ever visited

Seems like a good place, appointment was on time. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with Brian, probably the only bad person at this location. I simply asked Brian to slow down and stop using jargon so that I could understand what he was saying. His response was to disagree with my ask and continue to try to confuse me with insider terms. Can’t recommend. I wish their client servicing even somewhat acceptable.
Repair estimate booking was arranged by my insurance company. Elisabete made me sign the repair agreement form saying it is required to do the estimate. Do not fall for it because it is a false practice. The form was to make me on the hook for repair at their shop. when I said I am not doing the fix at their shop, the other lady, Krystal tried to charge me restocking fee which I had no idea about. By the consumer protection act, the shop must have given me a written estimate before they can charge me, which they have not. Av... read more
