Repair estimate booking was arranged by my insurance company. Elisabete made me sign the repair agreement form saying it is required to do the estimate. Do not fall for it because it is a false practice. The form was to make me on the hook for repair at their shop. when I said I am not doing the fix at their shop, the other lady, Krystal tried to charge me restocking fee which I had no idea about. Very Pleased with the work they did on my Rav4, the car got hit very hard on the front they had to do a lot of work, now it look like New again, The whole process was smooth , they were constantly in communication, consulting with me about new parts or any changes, the most important to me was the responsiveness of the team , The Kindness of the receptionist (Sorry forgot her name) , the dedication and attention from Peter and Mike, Im very safisfied for the work done, I do highly recommend
Elizabeth was extremely helpful and patient with my mother. She broke down all the logistics patiently with kindness and made the entire process a very easy and encouraging interaction. She left a smile on our faces and I would 100% recommend her helping you with your services at this establishment!!
