It speaks volumes when you drive four hours from Ottawa to pick up a new vehicle. Patrick Kwan was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, incredibly kind and was able to beat every other dealership’s offer. I am furious about this experience. I knew it was a holiday, but I only came because they confirmed my appointment! After wasting my time on a closed shop, I come back and then they tell me they can’t even service my car unless I go to my original dealer. If you can’t provide service, don’t send me confirmation and make me believe you’d be open on a holiday. This is unacceptable from a brand of this size!
