I changed my review from 5-to-1 stars. Took 5-weeks because they could not match the paint. While at a DIFFERENT repair shop another time, they matched it right away! Because I used my car for business, I lost A LOT of INCOME because of their inability - Or insurance fraud - not sure how or if they charged insurance for false costs.
I would like to acknowledge Jared Karp and all the employees for your outstanding dedication to customer service....It is nice to know that Assured Collision Repair in Richmond hill, with its professionalism and dedication to their customers, is there to stand by their unquestionable devotion to quality and professional service....I will not hesitate to refer anyone for any automobile bodywork. This center was very helpful with getting the repairs done on my RAV4, the estimator (Ajay) was very thorough with the inspection. Even identify what I had overlooked. Clean and welcoming, would recommend their service center to anyone. Nadeen
Avoids responsibility for damage to the car. Improper installation of new parts. Nightmare to deal with puts you through hell. Their response below is bogus - they do not actually care
