I wanted to give a shout out to Negar and Francisco who were very warm and approachable when I dropped off my vehicle after a minor accident on June 21. Francisco was very patient with me as I asked many questions about the process and the cost. Negar kept me up to date through email and phone, without me initiating. Overall, I was very pleased with the Assured team who replaced my bumper and fixed my passenger side door. I definitely would recommend this repair shop to anyone.
I was involved in a minor collision (someone rear ended me). Assured took a look and provided a free estimate. I didn't go through with the repair since it was cosmetic only, but they happily looked at the car and provided a estimate. Very quick and professional group.
Unfortunate event led me to Assured Automotive where for the first time in the past 5 years I finally got to recall what a professional team can do to enhance a bit a broken spirit due to a car collision I've had that day.
