Am content with the way that Assured dealt with my situation, I had an accident when my side mirror got chattered. Insurance directed me to them. I was amazed by the professionalism yet friendly, caring staff. Big hand to Negar, her smile and continuous help, facilitating a rental vehicle made a big difference. Kiefer, the General Manager, handled my case really well, he was extremely helpful and genuine, went the extra mile to please me and to make my life easy. I do not have regrets using them.
I recently had my car serviced at Assured Automotive, and I want to thank them for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, including the representative Negar, were very polite and professional. The entire team made the assessment process comfortable, and their answers were always clear and professional. I truly appreciate their excellent service. Recently I had a rear end collision of my car, went to them for the repair. I had literally above and beyond experience. Their team was very friendly, at the same time very much professional. Gave timely update on repair work ( I didn't have to follow up at all) and returned my car ahead of time. I was surprised to see they even did deep cleaning of the entire interior of my car which I never asked for. Thanks to the team and will definitely recommend to others!!!
Recently get my car repaired with Assured, all staff there were very nice and helpful. They did an excellent job with my car, I am very satisfied.
