Kind and friendly staff. Listened to all my concerns and were very understanding. They kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, even when my insurance company wasn’t. I dealt with them twice now and will again if I am in another accident.
I had to take our cars here a few times over the years. The family owed business was very prompt and efficient and did a good job. However, this past Dec. 2024 we had to take our car there as it was rear ended. It looks like new ownership and things have changed... a lot! My truck was hit in the hospital parking lot. Made an appointment at the guelph location and was made feel welcomed by Sage at the front counter. Kyle the manager wrote an estimate and booked me in for repair the following week. Sage arranged my rental and all I had to do was to show up...my rental was there waiting for me. Upon arrival I was told my repair was 5 -7 days . To my surprise I received a call the next evening.
