Very Disappointing Repair Experience I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the repairs done to my vehicle. After spending approximately $11,000 on the repair, I expected the vehicle to be properly repaired, inspected, and safely reassembled before it was returned to me. I had such a great experience with Assured Automotive. They did an amazing job fixing my car and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I especially want to give a shoutout to Sage at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout everything. Highly recommend this team if you need any repairs done!

Found out 4 years later they installed my new running boards with three different size bolts - some stainless and others not...keeping the good hardware for yourself eh?

I had my car towed here after an accident, they told me my car was totalled. I told them I would make a decision on whether or not to take my car back or take the money they offered. I decided to take my car back with the insurance money to fix it and when I went to pick it up my car both headlights had been ripped out with the headlight ballasts (which were still in perfect, working order and extremely expensive).
