Nice to see some people had a positive experence at this shady place.but i bet anyone with a high end car or truck did not..verry shady and tricks you into sighing paperwork.rushes you through to read it and no explanation.assumes he will be the one doing any repairs.is currently holding car hostage.he was supose to look at dammaged grill and went from a 2500 dollar quote to 38000 complete writeoff for a broken grill??he took the mercedes emblem off the hood and rear of the car and tore the whole car appart to look at the gr... read more

Very disappointed with the repair quality at Assured Automotive. After getting my car back, I found new scratches, paint bubbles, and stains inside the car. The original mirror scratch was never fixed. Poor attention to detail and no clear explanation from the shop. Would not recommend. It’s frustrating. The lack of care, poor quality, and unprofessional communication are unacceptable.
I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to Assured in Sudbury under any circumstances... They took over 3 months to repair my truck and when I picked it up there was a list of discrepancies that they more or less said too bad. Door does not shut properly and has a big step at the top corner enough that I get wind noise. The Step Bar was never repaired or even straightened although it came off for other repairs. The Paint Thickness is less then factory specs (less then 4mil thick) and they don't care. The lines on the door t... read more
