Substandard repairs and in-house damages required complete re-do, covered by unimpressed insurer
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this repair shop. My Lexus RX had only a minor collision, and my insurance company sent me here for repairs. The process took much longer than promised—over two months—which was already very frustrating. Even worse, after paying more than $17,000 in repair costs, the result is unacceptable. My Car got taken to and is still at Assured Collision after I was rear ended in a NOT AT FAULT accident. They DID NOT DO AN INSPECTION. They did complete some body work on back corner. The drivers seatbelt will not work and they will not repair it. I am not being given a reason why, they will only say the jammed seatbelt was not part of the accident. My body was physically propelled forward and the seatbelt locked while I was in it in the accident.
