I could not be more pleased with the service I received from this company and all of their employees! I was treated so very well and I realize that the work done on my vehicle was done during the very worst of the July heat and humidity. Thanks to everyone at this repair shop!
Considering my car never came back fixed my brakes were fine before my accident and now my parking brake light is always on and they put locking bolts on my tires but never gave me the key for said bolt so when I got a flat tire I had to call a tow and I still am unable to remove said tire without said key ! Remind me to tell the insurance next time I'll fix it myself because they paid them and I got a bald tire as a new replacement !
After my accident I couldn't have asked for better service in repairing my vehicle. Although it was a lengthy process, Cara made sure I was kept up-to-date once, if not twice a week. She was definitely awesome to deal with. I was exceptionally pleased with the job they did on my car & highly recommend them to anyone needing body work. Both Cara & Heather were the calm in the storm & it was truly appreciated. Many thanks to the body shop techs for restoring my car. Jan R
