Staff are friendly. But the end results are not good. Went for minor scratches and a dent on the front passenger side. Left with spots of mismatched paint! You can see where the damage was still. I let them know and was left with "it's the best we can do." I took my car to another place and showed them and they asked me if I got the repairs done in someone's backyard. I've been to this location twice. The first experience was really great. I was served by a very friendly gentleman, the service was quick and my car looked just as new after the collision repair they did. The 2nd time I was here was the opposite experience! I had some storm damage on my car and came here to get repaired. The results just didn't seem the greatest to me. After leaving the shop with my 'repaired' vehicle, I went to the gas station and my gas cap was missing. Easily replaceable but just left me feeling uneasy. T... read more
This is one of the worst body shops I have experienced. The staff is completely unprofessional, and the service feels misleading and dishonest. I strongly advise Bélair Direct and Intact Insurance customers to stay away from this place.
Avoid this shop if you don’t want headaches or your time wasted. I was referred to Assured Bodyshop by Bélair Direct, and this has been one of the worst auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. They kept my car for almost a full month for what should have been 2–3 days of work, and even after all that time, the job is still not done properly.
