Not only have I had a poor experience with the service department following a collision - ended up taking my car to CSN Avenue Collision instead, would recommend - but today the neglectful shuttle technician almost hit both me and my dog while walking. Now I genuinely believe that those who work there have no care or concern for clients or people in general.
No one would answer the call, be it anytime of the day or week

Took our 2013 Fiat 500c to Assured Automotive in September 2022 after it was rear-ended. Grand Touring was a preferred partner of TD insurance (my auto insurance provided) and the reviews seemed ok. The adjuster was great - very nice and helpful to get a quote - but then the wheels fell off. I got notice that the repair was approved - but after waiting 14 days I finally had to go to the shop to get booked in for the repair (5 calls all went to vmail that was full).
