Repairs went smoothly. During the process the staff was professional, friendly and did a great job at giving me updates. I felt at ease and in good hands.
Great customer service. Prompt, flawless repair. Regular communication about progress on a fairly complicated procedure. Only issue was poor wheel alignment by subcontractor, but they quickly arranged a correction for this.
Very happy with the professional job done by all the staff at assured. I couldn’t believe how the old civic sparkled in the sun. It was shiny clean and ready to go. Updates on progress was very much appreciated. Great explanation on repairs. Thank you to all the staff. I would recommend their service to anyone needing auto body work.
