I was very pleased with the help and service I received. Had a starting issue on my truck in a wawa parking lot and happened to run into Brin. He graciously helped me try to jump start, and when it turned out to not be a battery issue he got me set up with an appointment at his shop. They had the starter issue diagnosed and resolved by the end of the day. Fair pricing and absolutely excellent customer service. They have definitely earned all my future business.
Assured Auto Works has business for life with me. They have the best customer service and thoroughly explained and fixed the issue for what was wrong with my 2019 Nissan Altima. I also love the system they have when you can click a link that is provided and see the diagnosis and notes/status through the whole process and can pay online. Such a stress free experience, cannot thank everyone enough at Assured Auto Works for the work they do and commitment to their customers.
I thought my 2017 Chevy Volt needed an A/C recharge. Assured auto works has the special equipment to recharge A/C on cars with electric compressors. Turns out I was wrong about needing a recharge, since temperatures and coolant pressures were all in the normal range, with no leaks detected. All the work they did to prove everything was good, and my cost was zero, $0. Thanks Assured Auto Works.
I had the best experience bringing my 2020 Chevy Traxx to Assured. The customer service Yannis and JD gave me was very professional and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote with suggestions to which I chose what I wanted done. I will be using Assured auto for all my car needs moving forward. The prices were moderate. Also, Carlos the mechanic was very good and tried to help me as much as he could. I highly recommend this auto shop for all your car needs.
