Allen and his co-worker are incredible. I was without my car for 3 months. I was honestly unhopeful it could be fixed because it's had issues since I'd gotten it a few months ago. I got it back 2 days ago. Since I've driven it it's run smooth as silk. Turned on my heat and defroster and no issues. No more shaking or running hot. Had a great experience with these folks. They were patient with me despite my own shortcomings in the attitude department, and treated me well through the entire experience. Dropped my car off at 9am and had it back by 1:30pm, and the work was very affordable. Its really nice to have a shop that is professional, quick, affordable, and good at what they do. My Mustang sounds so much better, thanks Alan!
Absolutely amazing people!! I'm visiting family and noticed a puddle under my car this morning. Google searched for mechanic shop. Assured popped up had great reviews so I called. They understood I was leaving in the morning and got me right in. They fixed the leak and didn't charge an extravagant amount. I can't thank them enough for the grace and kindness they showed me. Bonus I got to meet their two sons and cute fur baby. A very helpful welcoming business I highly recommend.
The facts: Assured Auto said, "You have until Friday to pick it up." Your receptionist knew I had the keys. I told her. I asked should I have left the keys in the car and risked a. break in? No. No sane car owner would have left their keys in the car in Benton Harbor and risked getting it stolen. More facts: I came Tuesday night to pick it, 3 days left until Friday. Basic Math. Traveling through for a camping trip and power steering started to go out. Sarah advised they were fairly busy and they might not be able to get me in same day and even gave me other options in the area. In the end, they were able to diagnose and fix in less than a day; back on the road home by Sunday. Saved my behind and looking at all the other positive reviews, a bunch of others as well. If I lived in Benton Harbor, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Cheers 🤝
