My beloved mama passed away last night due to severe negligence by this facility. On 10/1 she was taken by ambulance to the ER after a dispatch nurse was called out to check on my mom’s bedsore. Upon her arrival she was in disbelief at how severe my mom’s bedsore was, she took pictures and called her Dr at Innovage. He said get to the ER immediately. When my mom got there she was dehydrated to the point that they had to fluid resuscitate her, she was malnourished, she had a UTI and had dangerously low blood pressure. That’s ... read more

I , after much research, placed myMother at ALH feeling much like you all had that my Mom would be cared for. I was wrong! After 4 trips to the ER in 2 weeks due to ALH staff being negligent. They employee teenagers and young adults with no background or training. The employees are Bullied by the owner Tim, as I was . My Mother, 92 year old very mobile woman, was brought to the shower ..
