Jason was extremely knowledgeable. Our heater was barely functioning, very cold weather was coming. He came out the day we noticed something was wrong, arranged his schedule to install a new furnace the next day. New furnace is much more efficient. Highly recommend.
Our 50-year-old Sears Life Clad gas furnace died during last week's really cold MLK holiday. We called Assured at 7 am on Saturday because they were local, and (owner) Jason Harjung came 2 hours later. The outside temp was 7° F. and inside it was 52° but he inspected and showed us exactly how our furnace wasn't safe to relight. Instead, Jason went out and bought, then loaned us space heaters to keep our pipes from freezing, while he came up with a plan.
