I recently changed my insurance and the receptionist was very helpful. I made my first appointment and was greeted by my hygienist and she did an awesome job. I have to say I enjoyed my visit. After not having been to a dentist in 3 years, they all were very welcoming. Dr. Poe was very kind, and explained a course of action to fix a crown. I am glad I found Assure and will make them my dental place going forward.
Called two separate times and spoke to two different people and they were both EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!
Finally found a personable and professional establishment for my dental needs. The first person I spoke with Lynn was both knowledgeable and friendly. She really gave me time to plan my appointment and offered various options. It was done expeditiously with immediate follow up. Kristy was an excellent hygentist. She made me feel comfortable and cleaned my teeth without pain or discomfort. Dr.Poe took his time to explain my future procedures in detail and was kind and efficient. Was scheduled for my regular cleaning and they said I had to get x-rays this time or else they would not do the cleaning. I had X-rays 18 months ago and after me expressing twice I did not want them at this time they continued to pressure me. I left and explained I would be finding a new dentist. I am having no issues with my teeth, and don’t feel anyone should be forced to get an x-ray.
Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Now I get anxious just making my dental appointment, so let’s just say I was extremely nervous going to an office without recommendations from friends. I was pleasantly surprised to find the office clean, and neat. The staff was very friendly, professional and wait time short.
