The worst phone insurance company ever I had to report them to the California department of insurance after they denied my claim after kynphonr was stolen . It took me 2omths to get a replacement.

I sent in a claim for a new phone as my phone was stolen. I selected my exact phone model/storage. They denied my claim immediately as they said I put in 256GB instead of 64GB. I have a confirmation email from when I submitted the claim that clearly states 64GB. I have been on and off the phone with them for 3 days asking for them to review the claim and they keep telling me it will be 3-5 days because I "submitted the wrong information" before they make a decision, but it only took them hours to DENY the initial claim?
