Unacceptable unprofessional and unskilled costumer service. Replaced lost product with broken product with huge deductible. Not worth the headache and you don’t save any money with this so-called insurance.
The worst phone insurance company ever I had to report them to the California department of insurance after they denied my claim after kynphonr was stolen . It took me 2omths to get a replacement.
