Sent me the wrong color apple watch since my color was out of stock. The complimentary watch band was missing & had to jump through several hoops to return. On top of 10 business days for a refund.

I purchased a car in December and I went with these guys for extended warranty and I have a powertrain warranty which should cover the entire engine. They went out of their way to try and not honor the warranty. I dont want anything from them I will be canceling my plan. You can tell this is a VERY shady company.

Zero stars! Talked to numerous representatives all who talked in circles. I went to a phone store where the lady was super nice and tried to help she called Assurant with me and they gave her the run around too an said the store has to help me. She put us on hold after we asked for the supervisor. Came back to check on us once and she hung up on us! I wouldn't recommend. I don't know why I pay for insurance an my kid gets her phone lost or stolen an they don't cover it.
