Amazing customer service!! I had the pleasure of speaking with an associate name Richia... she was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She informed me on everything that I needed to know and also got me an AMAZING rate on my car insurance. ☺️
Finally! An insurance company like no other. Most places don't exactly lie, however fail to fully explain every detail thoroughly. I have been shopping around for insurance coverage for multiple things I own for awhile now. I have been to every place possible. I made one call and spoke with a representative named Richia and she helped tremendously. I think Assurance is the best choice for all my insurance needs.
I had the pleasure of speaking with an associate by the name of Richia she was extremely helpful and very pleasant, she was able to get me a fantastic rate on my car insurance. She was very knowledgeable all of the policies while answering any and all of my questions
So for awhile I wanted to switch car insurances for awhile. I always drive by this place all the time. I called the place and spoke to the rep Richia. She answered everything I asked and helped me with a quote. Completely satified on how she helped me out and made me understand things I didn’t before.
