We just completed a fairly complex sale of a commercial building with tenants. There were many intricacies to this deal and a lot of changes to the original contract of sale. Yet Assurance Title (and a special shout out to Donna Pfister!) kept pace with all of the back and forth, usually even staying ahead of the real estate agents! Everyone was well-served by there service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid issues with their closing.
We closed with assurance title a couple weeks ago and it was such a great experience. My wife and I were having a bit of a rough morning from the stresses of life. The folks who work here, as well as our realtor John Logan, are inviting and made the transaction so smooth. Along with a little celebration they threw for us, we left feeling relieved and excited about our new home.
I just want to say that for my first home purchase ASSURANCE made this experience so memorable and I’m beyond blessed to have been referred to them ! Everyone was so on top of things and also made me feel like family, I encouraged anyone to use them !!!
