I'm a 65 year old woman that has been paralyzed for 36 years. I called them wanting to change my home health agency. So I called Assurance. They spoke so good like they wanted to help me. They made me so happy. They said they would give me an answer that day. I still haven't heard from them. That was a week ago. I was a service representative at a phone company. I was there for 25 years and treated my clients with respect. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. How Rude of them not calling me back.
