Assurance roofing replaced my entire roof of August last year. He replaced a portion of roof with dark shingles and did our flat roof in a bright white TPO material. Looked horrible and wanted him to fix the problem. He suddenly disappeared. Would not return phone calls, texts or emails. We had a lot going on in life and we could live with a mismatched roof. I was hesitant to call Assurance after my experiences with other roofing companies that have come out to take a look at the roof. We called Assurance to have someone come out and Brandon came out exactly when he said he would and was so quick to take pictures and send them into our insurance as we started the claim process.
