I have recommended Steve Jones with Assurance Home Inspectors for years to my real estate clients. Steve is a true knowledgeable professional with great attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile. He will give you the most thorough inspection and will educate you about the real estate being considered. He will go above and beyond the standard inspection by staying on top of industry and technological changes. In my book he is #1. I would never recommend an inspector for years if I didn't feel I found the very best.
inspection was performed within 3 days of request. Inspector found several problems not easy to find, such as water pressure too high, threatening plumbing. The report is quite lengthly, lots of detail. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.
