I’m sure this facility doesn’t get the credit it deserves. My loved one needed the special attention given and was referred to a great skilled nursing rehab. Thanks to Miranda and the nursing staff for their involvement in that process!
My mother was sent there at the end of July to get meds figured out for her behaviors. She was still could tell you what was going on. When she arrived no one called to let me know and when I called would not give me information. I finally received that later that day. My mom was not there 48 hrs when I get a call saying she fell and hit her head and they thought she broke her hip. Horrible transportation company, rude employees needs to be treated right along with their patients.
Today would have been my grandmother's 83rd birthday and in honor of that I am finally writing a review for this atrocity of an establishment that somehow swindled their way into gaining the title of being a mental health facility. In late 2021 my grandmother was sent here after the ladies home she was staying at hired a doctor that randomly switched her antidepressants without consulting any of her family.
