RecommendedI highly recommend assurance fence! All the guys were so kind and easy to work with! They were patient with me deciding on what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and I’m a timely manner! If I ever need another fence I’ll hire them again!
Do not trust them!! We are over 7k in and we have a fence that won't stand up!! You can literally walk down and jiggle each post because they didn't install them properly. The post they installed were cheap and will not withstand any storm. Please drive by Cardinal Village Apts. and see for yourself! I called TY everyday since November and he had the same old story everytime that they are on their way or they will be by tomorrow. I deffinately recommend Assurance Fence LLC! Ty came out to do my estimate and my fence was actually completed before said date, very happy! James and the rest of the crew was very polite and efficient. Great service and the best price in town. So glad we chose this company to install our fence!
I absolutely recommend Assurance Fence. Ty was great to work with. He was very efficient in checking our whole fence to make sure they addressed all repairs needed, not just the obvious damage from the hurricane. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave us a detailed estimate. The work crew was great as well. They were polite and efficient and we are so happy with their work.
We initially contacted Ty with Assurance Fence in October after Hurricane Florence. It is now the end of February and we have decided to pursue other companies. Ty does not show up to appointments, doesn’t inform you he won’t be showing up, never calls to reschedule, and does not return calls. The lack of communication is some of the worst customer service I have received. I would not recommend Ty or Assurance fencing.
I wouldn’t recommend Assurance Fencing. We have called multiple times since October and gotten put on “the list” and been told we’d be called “next week” to have someone look at and provide an estimate for repair, but never gotten the call back. I’d give zero stars if it were an option.
I could not be MORE pleased with Assurance Fence! Ty and James were absolutely fantastic!! It’s so hard to get anyone to your house to not only DO work, but to FINISH work! These guys came out on Monday and installed all the posts. They finished another job early and came back on Thursday and almost finished the panels! They were back Friday and completely finished the fence! James and his guys were polite, hard working and paid very close attention to detail!! The quality of materials was superb!
