Toya at assorted tips is amazing! She is one of the best manicurist I have ever been blessed with. She does amazing artwork, she does the best designs I have ever seen . She does amazing pedicures and manicures. I would refer her to anyone. I give her a 10 plus on her work. She has a wonderful attitude.
