We wanted to give Mark a good review because he seems like a decent guy, and the work that he did do for us looks nice, however: he NEVER FINISHED our project! We foolishly gave him our final payment in good faith because he said he would be back "in a day or two" to finish up. A MONTH AND A HALF (and several "sorry, I've been busy" messages) later, 10% of our landscaping project is NOT DONE. It is so obviously unfinished that our neighbors have made jokes/comments about it. So frustrated and disappointed. And he has stopped... read more
